Job Description -
Process escrow transactions including calculation, disbursements, and account adjustments.
Process of outward escrow transactions including RTGS, NEFT, ONUS, disbursement etc.
Review and verify escrow agreements, instructions, and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of escrow activities.
Help in net up new escrow accounts and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor CRM ,escrow accounts and ensure all disbursements are made in line with the escrow agreement and proper authorization.
Perform reconciliations of escrow accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in resolving transaction errors and responding to client inquiries regarding escrow account status and activity.
Maintain compliance with applicable banking regulations, AML, KYC, and any agreement-specific escrow regulations.
Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments related to escrow operations.
