Analyst, Sales and Service Systems

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Provide Global support and Global Development in the areas of Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the effective use of technology in supporting the end-to-end O2C process by leading projects in different areas with minimal guidance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to simplify / optimize processes, aim for Global standardization and build relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S / 4 and our SAC & business intelligence system to provide actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance, customer behavior, and sales trends by elevating roadblocks to appropriate levels of management and developing countermeasures as needed by analyzing problems utilizing various DBS standard tools.
• Perform system enhancements and developments including writing Functional specifications for requirements, technical design, configuration, testing, documentation and collaborating with SAP cross functional teams for PP, MM / WM, CS, PS, and FI / CO modules.
• Ensure integrity and adherence to global development templates, maintain compliance to IT policies and procedures and standard operating procedure documents are updated at set frequency and kept current.
