Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kochi and Kozhikkode and other districts of Kerala. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, offering customer support, creating customized solutions, and delivering professional solution proposals as needed. The role also involves supporting and managing the sales process while contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and sales management skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Experience in providing product training and demonstrating solutions to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and exhibit a proactive approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of solar technology, audio-visual solutions, and home automation systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Candidates with 3-5 years experience of validated success in same or related fields only may apply
