Job Summary

Senior Architect Healthcare to join our dynamic design firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare facility planning, medical programming, and regulatory compliance, along with strong design and project management skills. You will play a key role in leading healthcare projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative, patient-centric design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities from concept to execution including managing sales leads by undertaking customer interaction.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget and assist in closing of leads by undertaking design due diligence.
• Develop master plans and layouts that prioritize patient safety, infection control, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, JCI, FGI, ADA).
• Coordinate with stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical professionals, and engineering teams.
