Quality Engineer – TV & Streaming Platforms

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards for our TV, streaming platforms (OTT, Set-Top Boxes, Smart TVs), and ecosystem products (AIoT). You will lead end-to-end quality assurance, post-launch monitoring, and drive data-driven improvements for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quality Assurance & Testing : Design and execute test strategies for TV platforms (Android TV, Fire TV, Roku) and backend services. Validate AIoT / ecosystem products (smart home integrations, multi-device compatibility).
• Post-Launch Quality Monitoring : Field Failure Analysis : Investigate EWP (Early Warning Process) & non-EWP issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive Corrective Actions (CA).E-Commerce & Customer Feedback : Monitor online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) for product reviews / returns, analyze trends, and escalate critical issues. Data Maintenance : Track and report quality metrics for all assigned portfolios.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to improve product reliability through benchmarking and continuous improvement. Conduct factory audits and market visits to assess production quality and real-world usage. Engage with user / fan clubs to gather direct feedback and build quality insights.
• Operational Readiness : Traveling : Willingness to visit factories, markets, call listening and meet customers as needed. Adaptability : Open to role changes based on business needs (e.g., shifting focus to new product lines).
