We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily training operations, coordinate learning activities, support trainers and learners, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all training operations and batch activities
- Coordinate and schedule sessions, including occasional off-hour sessions
- Handle end to end batch operations including onboarding, LMS setup, scheduling, trainer coordination, server allocation, assessments, certifications, and placement notifications
- Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the program
- Manage learner support, feedback collection, drop out control, reviews, referrals, and WhatsApp group communication
- Oversee data accuracy, exam and voucher coordination, LMS technical support, vendor liaison, and trainer remuneration follow ups
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational records
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Identify operational improvements and contribute to process enhancement
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in EdTech operations, administration, or support rolesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong problem solving ability with high attention to detailCapable of multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic environmentWillingness to coordinate tasks outside standard office hours when requiredCollaborative team player with a customer-centric approachBachelor’s degree with strong computer proficiencyPreferred Qualifications
Experience using CRM or LMS platformsBasic understanding of data reporting or analysisExposure to SOP creation, audits, or process standardizationFamiliarity with project management tools such as Trello or AsanaPositive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and growWhat We Offer
