About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s part strategist, part rainmaker, and all-in on growth. This role isn’t about cold calls and cookie-cutter pitches - it’s about finding opportunities where others see none, connecting with decision-makers at lightning speed, and turning conversations into meaningful, revenue-driving partnerships.

You’ll work with startup founders, industry leaders, and internal teams to uncover possibilities, solve problems, and make deals that actually matter. Some days you’ll be mapping the next big market opportunity. Other days, you’ll be turning a hesitant prospect into a long-term ally. Every day, you’ll be shaping the trajectory of companies - and our business.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Hunt and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing them through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, , and events - and actually get people to respond.
  • Understand client needs deeply and pitch solutions that actually move the needle.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and demos that leave a mark.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - marketing, operations, delivery - to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and market insights to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and client expectations.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 1- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred).
  • Communicate like a pro - clear, persuasive, and confident with clients.
  • Negotiate, persuade, and build relationships effortlessly.
  • Can juggle multiple accounts / opportunities and still hit targets.
  • Are familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) - a plus, not a must.
  • Are self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
