While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.

What will you do

The ideal candidate will take ownership of our organization's security infrastructure and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks. This leadership role demands a broad understanding of security tools and governance protocols with the ability to drive enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and mentor a growing team.

Job responsibilities :

Security Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and manage enterprise-wide endpoint security, DLP, firewalls, IAM / PAM systems
• Monitor performance and usage of all deployed security tools
• Ensure email security, encryption tools, and key management systems are effectively implemented.

Compliance & Audit Oversight

Monitoring, Reporting & Escalation

Governance & Risk Management

Team Leadership & Collaboration

What are we looking for :

Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech / M.Tech) or any equivalent degree / course.

Experience : 8 – 12 years

Industry : IT / Software / BFSI / Banking / Fintech

Location : Noida

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office
