Senior Human Resources Manager

We have an opportunity for HR Manager role ( Mid - Senior) for our plant located in Mettur.

Looking for candidates with 10 - 15 years of core experience as plant HR (Preferably from chemical manufacturing).

Qualification : MBA / MSW Full time

Responsibilities :

• Lead end to end HR activities for the plant.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding for all plant positions
• Implement HR policies, procedures and systems aligned with corporate HR
• Ensure timely performance appraisals, promotion and employee development activities
• Maintain cordial relations with workers and government authorities
• Identify skill gaps and implement technical and behavioural training programs
• Drive employee engagmennt programs to boost morale and productivity
• Oversee welfare facilities like canteen, transport, safety, medical and housing
• Conduct regular employee communication meetings and feedback sessions.
• Maintain HR Metrics - attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost and productivity etc.,
• Prepare monthly HR dasboards and reports
