Project Management Scope :

• Review all tasks already completed and develop a clear overview of the current project status
• Manage and track all deliverables and resulting actions
• Plan the project to completion, including milestones and due dates
• Lead the validation process, considering that some team members have limited experience in validation
• Use Integra's Validation SOPs and documentation throughout the process
• Apply Integra's Project Management SOPs where applicable
