Role Overview :

The IRSG team focuses on setting up retail store projects across India.

Display furniture is a crucial element for showcasing merchandise.

This role involves developing both new and existing vendors to produce furniture according to design and detailing, while maintaining the quality standards required for Titan's retail stores across all brands.

Responsibilities include conducting regular audits and engaging with vendors to ensure delivery standards meet Titan's requirements.

This job requires travel, collaboration with vendor partners, adaptability to challenging situations, and effective teamwork to achieve the common goal of delivering an enhanced customer experience that meets Brand Standards across all Titan retail stores.

Job Requirements :

  • Education : B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant Experience : 1-2 years
  • Behavioural Skills : Good communication skills, time management, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge : Exposure to software like SolidWorks, CATIAV5, and similar software.
  • Process Contributions & Outcomes :

  • Vendor Adequacy Mapping & Resource Identification Map, identify, and enlist new vendor resources across various regions to ensure the adequacy and sustainability of vendor networks.
  • Maintain an optimal number of active and pipeline vendors, including General Contractors (GC), Furniture suppliers, and other key suppliers, to support Titan's ambitious growth plans.
  • Process Outcome : Active list of vendors to ensure the supply of fixtures; availability of vendors for project implementation.
