Role Overview :

We’re looking for a passionate

Sales Executive

who can connect with families, understand their eldercare needs, and guide them to the right solutions offered by ElderBliss Care. This is a consultative role that requires empathy, patience, and a strong ability to build trust over a phone call.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to prospects who’ve shown interest in our services

Understand client requirements and offer appropriate eldercare plans and services

Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools

Coordinate with operations and field teams for service delivery follow-ups

Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and revenue targets

Provide detailed product / service information and address client queries

Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up logs

What We’re Looking For :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)

Strong listening skills and empathy-driven approach

Previous experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer support is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of healthcare or eldercare is an added advantage

Good with CRM tools, follow-ups, and managing call volumes
