Director, Software Engineering

The Director of Software Engineering will be a key leader leading a team of software developers and driving next-gen CRM platform development for our Wholesale business. We are looking for a leader with deep technical acumen and strong people skills to influence the development roadmap for the future.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead the technology charter end-to-end for GPM Wholesale business – from vision to delivery, scale to innovation.
• Collaborate closely with technology and business leaders to shape roadmaps, define outcomes, and drive execution.
• Build and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation.
• Be deeply involved in upstream problem-solving – driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and influencing product direction.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership style – participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and occasionally dive into code.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and guide the team in adopting relevant innovations.
