About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in a Lead Role to architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular), databases, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). The candidate would also lead a team, define processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with security best practices and frameworks while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.

Build and optimize backend services using

Java Spring Boot

and microservices architecture.

Develop modern front-end applications with

React, Vue.js, or Angular .

Ensure

robust database design and performance

(SQL / NoSQL).

Implement and maintain

CI / CD pipelines , Git workflows, and deployment processes.

Deploy and manage applications on

AWS / Azure cloud environments .

Integrate with external and internal

APIs

securely and efficiently.

Apply

security frameworks and best practices

(e.g., OWASP, OAuth2, JWT, SSL / TLS) to application design and deployments.

Mentor and guide team members through

code reviews

and architectural discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

Champion

Agile methodologies

and continuous improvement in engineering processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience

as a full stack developer, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong backend expertise in

Java Spring Boot , REST APIs, and microservices.

Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks ( React, Vue.js, Angular ).

Mandatory strong database knowledge

(SQL / NoSQL, schema design, optimization).

Solid understanding of

API design, integration, and security .

Proficiency in implementing

security frameworks

(OAuth2, JWT, OWASP top 10, data encryption).

Hands-on experience with

CI / CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployments .

Expertise with

AWS or Azure

for scalable and secure cloud deployments.

Proven ability to

lead teams , conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

Strong background in

Agile methodologies

and enterprise application development.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

enterprise SaaS product development .

Knowledge of

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to

security compliance frameworks

(SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
