Job Description

Real Estate – Operation Analyst - Accounting

• General monitoring of property and lease related documents, tenant activity, invoices, real estate taxes, and insurance renewals.
• Document tracking for leases, titles, financings, debt covenants.
• Cashflow – tracking lockboxes and debt service payments, bank accounts, distributions
• Asset management – monitoring property acquisition and disposal status, manage dissolution process (e.g. closing bank accounts and entities)
• Financial reporting and tracking reporting deadline
• Helping with processing invoices for payment (there are a few deals that aren't triple net and tracking payments for these few deals is one area we could use help with).
• Helping with our monthly and quarterly internal reporting and presentations.
• Helping monitor and review third party reports on our asset valuations.Helping to respond to auditor requests (many are just requests for documentation).
