Job Title : Graphic Designer (3+ Years Experience)

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for creating compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience and a deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital media. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life through innovative and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop visually engaging designs for digital platforms (web, social media, email, ads) and print (brochures, flyers, banners).
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to meet business goals through design.
  • Design UI / UX elements such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Take constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually bring fresh ideas.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work across various media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and / or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles : layout, typography, color theory, etc.
  • Experience in branding, digital marketing design, and print production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • [Optional : Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.]

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field(not mandatory)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or tech / startup environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
