Job descriptionLead customer data unification and identity resolution projects Define comprehensive data strategies aligned with business goals Design scalable, cloud-based data architectures Map and ingest data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud Configure Salesforce Data Cloud components including : Data streams Unified customer profiles Segments and activation targets Build real-time and batch data pipelines for high-performance processing Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud and other platforms Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA) Implement robust data quality monitoring frameworks Collaborate closely with solution architects, data engineers, and marketing teams Deliver detailed documentation, user training, and post-implementation support Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and capabilities Strong data modeling skills and experience with customer identity resolution Proven experience with real-time personalization use cases and data activation Familiarity with privacy and security regulations in customer data handling
Job Title : Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
Location : Remote(Two days in a week at any of our offices at Pune / Blr / Mumbai)
Exp : 3-8 years
Time zone : US Shift (4pm-1 : 30am IST)
Contract Duration : 6 months + extendable to a yea
Experience Required :
- 5+ years overall in data / technology roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms
