Junior Executive-Coal Operation [15h Left]

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Science / Engineering (Mechanical

Mining) or BBA / B.Com with relevant experience.

Preferred :

MBA / PG Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Energy Management.

Work Location

: 18, N.S Raod, Kolkata

CTC : 25k to 30K

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and coordinate daily coal movement from mines to plant or port (railway siding, road transport, or coastal shipment).
• Track dispatch schedules, weighbridge data, and ensure proper documentation (RR, GC, delivery challan, etc.).
• Liaise with transporters, logistics teams, and coal handling agents for timely delivery.
• Verify and record stock levels at different locations (mine, siding, plant).
• Support the trading team in procurement and sale transactions of coal (linkage, e-auction, imported coal, etc.).
• Collect and analyze market intelligence — price trends, supply-demand updates, port stock positions.
• Prepare documentation for tender participation, quotations, and order finalization.
• Ensure all operational and trading activities comply with statutory norms (GST, e-way bill, royalty, and logistics permits).
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist in liaison with Coal India subsidiaries, railways, and port authorities for operational coordination.

Experience : Freshers

with relevant academic background may apply.

Preferred :

1–3 years of experience in

coal operations, trading, logistics coordination, or raw material procurement

in a manufacturing or trading firm.
