Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities

Develop workflows, provisioning rules, and connectors (AD, Azure AD, Workday).
Manage access review campaigns, SoD policies, and lifecycle automation.
Execute patching / upgrade of IIQ environments.
Document and hand-over solution design packages.

Skill Stack

SailPoint IIQ 7.X / 8.X, Java / BeanShell, REST APIs.

LDAP, AD / Azure AD, Workday integration.

Oracle / MS SQL DB;

Linux / Tomcat environments.

IAM / RBAC frameworks.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years domain experience;

2 + projects delivered in enterprise environments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile / DevOps experience.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

Prior experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Government sectors preferred.
