About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative, facility, and compliance functions across our five factory locations. The role will support both the Head of Operations and HR Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administration and facility operations across all factory units and the head office.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and transport services.
• Maintain and renew statutory, social, ethical, and technical compliance records (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, etc.).
• Coordinate and prepare for buyer, third-party, and internal factory audits.
• Liaise with government departments, consultants, and certifying agencies for license renewals and inspections.
• Support HR and Operations teams with logistics, documentation, and staff facility management.
• Track audit corrective actions and ensure timely compliance closures.
• Maintain MIS and reporting systems for administrative and compliance functions.
