About Fuzen :

Fuzen is on a mission to democratize custom software for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMEs). We've built a mature tech platform with AI agents that allow businesses to get customized, ready-to-use application templates (like CRMs, Project Management, and HRMS) at a low one-time cost and a simple annual hosting fee.

We are at a critical pivot point, moving from a high-touch, service-led model to a high-growth, product-led growth (PLG) model .

This is where you come in. We're not looking for a marketer to just "run campaigns." We're looking for a builder, an owner, and an experimenter to be the engine of our new growth model. You will be a core member of our founding team, building our GTM strategy from the ground up.

What You Will Own (The Role) :

As our first Growth Marketing hire, you will have complete ownership of the entire marketing funnel, from first touch to paid conversion.

  • Own the Funnel : Design, build, measure, and optimize our entire PLG funnel. You will be obsessed with our conversion rates at every stage.
  • Launch & Scale Paid Acquisition : You will be given a budget and the keys to build our demand-gen engine. This includes hands-on management of Google Ads (SEM), Capterra / G2, and relevant paid social channels (like LinkedIn) targeting SMEs.
  • Lead Experimentation : You will be our A / B testing champion. You'll constantly run experiments on landing pages, product messaging, pricing displays, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to find what converts.
  • Be the Voice of Data : You will live inside our analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). You'll be responsible for reporting on what is happening, digging in to find out why, and proposing actions to improve.
  • Master SEO & Content Strategy : You'll work directly with our content team to pivot our strategy. You will guide them to move beyond "how-to" articles to high-intent, bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content like "best CRM for small agencies" or "project management template comparison."
  • Optimize the User Journey : You'll analyze the user path from ad / blog click ->

(AI) customization. You'll identify friction points and work with the product / founder to remove them.

This Role is for You If :

  • You have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
  • You are an expert in at least one paid channel (e.g., Google Ads) and "T-shaped" enough to manage the others.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven. You speak in terms of CVR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • You are a builder at heart. The idea of creating a growth machine from scratch excites you more than running an existing one.
  • You are an entrepreneur. You understand the "skin in the game" mindset and are motivated by mission, ownership, and equity over a cushy corporate salary.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, making decisions with 80% of the data and learning quickly.
