We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in agile methodologies to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on gathering requirements, facilitating agile processes, and driving project success.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for requirement validation.
