Job descriptionDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using selenium with Java. Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure database integrity. Utilize Unix commands to manage and manipulate files directories and processes. Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and requirements. Design and execute automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality. Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipeline. Analyze test results identify issues and work with developers to resolve them. Document test plans test cases and test results. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of Proven experience in automation testing with strong proficiency in Java.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database testing.
- Proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium TestNG or JUnit.
- Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
