Job Title : Planning Engineer (Industrial Construction Experience preferred)

Experience : 3 to 4 years of experience in project planning.

Job Description :

Understanding Project Scope of Work and tentative quantity estimation.

Familiar with project work sequence and logic.

Preparing and tracking micro schedules in MS Project.

Generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).

Create pictorial reports, cash flow projections, and procurement plans.

Resource planning, look ahead plan and delay Analysis.

Coordination with site teams & Monitoring work progress.

Develop and implement catch-up plans to address project delays.

Revise project schedules as necessary based on site feedback and progress.

Qualification, Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Postgraduate degree in Construction Management.

Experience in Project Planning

Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and report generation

Good Presentation skills + Verbal & written communication skills

Preferred Location : Gandhinagar, Gujrat
