Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment across commercial contracts and employment law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with third parties including customers, vendors, and consultants.
- Support privacy and data protection compliance and related legal issues.
- Advise on cross-border transactions and coordinate with regional legal teams and external counsel.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Internal Audit, and HR to ensure legal alignment.
- Lead legal initiatives and projects as directed by senior legal leadership.
