Senior Legal Counsel / Staff Attorney - Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and risk assessment across commercial contracts and employment law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with third parties including customers, vendors, and consultants.
• Support privacy and data protection compliance and related legal issues.
• Advise on cross-border transactions and coordinate with regional legal teams and external counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Internal Audit, and HR to ensure legal alignment.
• Lead legal initiatives and projects as directed by senior legal leadership.
