About the job

Cloud Fulcrum is looking for an experience project manager for Salesforce DevOps to join our architecture team and will be responsible for providing leadership, technical architecture and drive our mission of “PMO – Salesforce DevOps Specialist” for our Salesforce customers.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a PMO Specialist with expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado to lead and coordinate delivery processes, governance, and release management across multiple Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Copado pipelines, release planning, and Salesforce development lifecycle management.

This role requires excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of Salesforce releases with high quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

PMO & Governance :

Define and maintain governance standards for Salesforce project execution and release management.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; escalate issues proactively.
Conduct PMO review meetings, generate dashboards, and provide periodic status updates to leadership.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure project delivery performance and compliance.

Salesforce DevOps & Release Management :

Design, manage, and optimize Copado pipelines for CI / CD automation.

Coordinate Salesforce releases across Sandboxes, UAT, and Production.

Ensure quality and compliance through automated testing, change monitoring, and deployment best practices.

Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to align deployment schedules and resolve conflicts.

Drive process improvements for faster, safer, and more predictable deployments.

Stakeholder Communication :

Serve as the single point of contact for project status, risks, and release readiness.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business stakeholders, architects, and developers.

Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership review.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of total experience in Project / Program Management, PMO, or IT Governance roles.

3+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Development background preferred).

2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado (pipeline setup, promotions, back promotions, data deployments).

Deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps lifecycle – version control (Git), CI / CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies.

Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, packaging, and change management processes.

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies, Jira / Confluence (or similar tools).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Good to Have :

Copado Certification (Copado Fundamentals I / II, Copado Developer / Administrator).

PMP, SAFe Agilist Certification

Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.

Experience with other DevOps tools (Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT) is a plus.

Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR) and audit-ready release processes.
