Role Description :

We’re on the lookout for an E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our headquarters team in Gurugram . This role is all about precision, speed, and accountability — ensuring every dispatch, credit note, and debit note runs seamlessly across our marketplaces and D2C channels.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day order dispatches and ensure on-time delivery coordination with the warehouse team.
• Track and manage credit notes, debit notes , and returns for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Handle reconciliation and settlement reports across channels.
• Monitor reverse logistics, cancellations, and replacements.
• Maintain detailed documentation and daily operational MIS reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Support overall D2C and marketplace operations for efficiency and accuracy.
