Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can own the complete business development cycle across Orient SaaS, Custom IT projects, and Digital Banking solutions . This role demands a mix of market research, consultative selling, product demos, requirement gathering, and deal closure. The candidate will act as the frontline bridge between clients and our technical teams , ensuring alignment and successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Opportunity Building

  • Research and identify opportunities in SaaS (customer engagement), IT services, and Digital Banking domains.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of prospects and potential partners.

Client Engagement & Solution Presentation

  • Deeply understand Orient SaaS and confidently conduct product demos.
  • Capture client requirements during the first call and work with the tech team to tailor demo flows.
  • Present Digichorus’ capabilities in Custom IT projects and Digital Banking solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management

  • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Prepare customized proposals, solution documents, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain client communication and coordination until the deal is successfully closed.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with ecosystem players and technology partners.
  • Work closely with the product, delivery, and tech teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Provide continuous client feedback to improve offerings.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development / presales / solution consulting in SaaS, IT services, or BFSI tech .
  • Strong ability to understand software solutions, IT projects, and digital banking products , and explain them clearly to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in preparing demos, proposals, and solution pitches .
  • Proven ability to engage with decision-makers (CXO / VP level).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
