Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Bhopal. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Daily tasks include changing linens, replenishing supplies, operating laundry equipment, and addressing guest requests promptly and professionally. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining an organized workspace, and contributing to a welcoming environment for guests.

• Proficiency in Laundry and general housekeeping tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage supplies and tasks efficiently
• Ability to follow Training guidelines and apply standard operating procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of an on-site housekeeping role
