Litigation Associate

In terms of its practice,our client provides services across all aspects of Intellectual Property rights, including patents, plant varieties, designs, trademarks, copyright, geographical indications, trade secrets and related matters. Founded in 1994, it has over 370 people and is among India’s top five IP firms. Our client is looking to hire Associate for Patent Litigation in Gurgaon / Delhi.

Mandatory Qualification : B.Tech / B.E OR M.Tech / M.E. +LLB [preferably with IP background]

Patent Litigation Experience : 2-5 years.

Mandatory experience in practicing in court

Sound legal knowledge, Good and consistent Academic record, Good Communication skills, Strong Research and Analytical Skills, Basic legal drafting skills, Good with working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.),Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling
