Candidate should be dynamic, experienced and results-driven. To lead B2B sales vertical across India focusing on corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), travel agent, and alliance channels. This role will define and execute strategies to increase revenue, scale market presence, build a high-performing team, and deepen partnerships in these segments.

  • Own and drive the pan-India B2B revenue strategy across Corporate, MICE, TA, and Alliance channels.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional / vertical sales managers to consistently deliver on targets.
  • Forge and deepen relationships with CXOs, CHROs, procurement heads, TMCs, DMCs, and key travel trade partners.
  • Design and implement sales strategies for corporate offsites, retreats, incentive travel, and group bookings.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances with enterprises, agencies, and ecosystem players.
  • Monitor performance, forecast revenue, and report directly to the leadership team.
  • Represent the company at PAN India and international trade shows, forums, and industry events.

1. 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership within hospitality, travel, MICE, or allied industries.

2. Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B sales networks across India.

3. Strong corporate & travel trade networks with the ability to engage at CXO / decision-maker levels.

4. Excellent skills in strategy, negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

5. Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
