About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to support our project management and analytics needs by integrating JIRA data and transforming it into clear, actionable visualizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with JIRA APIs, data modelling, and creating intuitive dashboards that help teams track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Connect to JIRA data sources via API or other integration methods.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) JIRA data into Power BI.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into project metrics such as sprint progress, issue types, resolution times, team velocity, and backlog health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and user-friendly design in all reports.
• Maintain and update dashboards as project requirements evolve.
