🚢 Hiring – Technical Solutions (Marine Projects)

1) Senior Technical Solutions Manager (Marine Engineer with sailing experience)

2) Technical Solutions Manager (Marine Engineer / Naval Architect)

Location : Mumbai - Ballard Estate

⚙️ Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead retrofit & energy efficiency projects end-to-end
  • Oversee engineering & electrical integration, review designs & scopes
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals (ROI / performance models)
  • Coordinate with Owners, Charterers, OEMs, Yards & Internal Teams
  • Manage project documentation & reporting
  • Attend yards for installation, commissioning & dry-dock
  • Manage hull & coating strategy (incl. antifouling / silicone)

🎯 Experience :

  • Role 1 : ~6 yrs (incl. 1–2 yrs shore / yard)
  • Role 2 : 6–8 yrs (incl. 1–2 yrs shore / yard)
