About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to support the development and deployment of autonomous agent–based AI systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate within a team to design, build, and optimize real-world AI solutions. This role is hands-on in software engineering and AI agent development, without requiring project leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize agent strategies to address real-world business challenges.
  • Architect and build agent flows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google-ADK , etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for autonomous agent adoption and integration.
  • Implement CI / CD and AgentOps pipelines for agent lifecycle management, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as MLFlow, LangFuse, AgentOps, LLM Judge , and other evaluation frameworks for agent performance tracking.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of deployed agentic AI systems.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong programming experience in Python (preferred) or Java , with hands-on expertise in LLM / agentic frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles such as OOP, TDD, design patterns, and distributed systems .
  • Practical experience with multi-agent and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen ).
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms using Docker and Kubernetes .
  • Proficiency in CI / CD and MLOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow , and prompt / agent evaluation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building REST APIs using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django, Quart .
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills in AI model and agent workflows.
