Good understanding of Control-m Architecture.

Experience in Control-M administration V8 / V9

Experience in Monitoring tools like App dynamics

Good-to-Have

Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Ability to work with team at Onshore and Offshore

Communication skills

Customer presentation skills

Hands on experience in Planning / Monitoring the jobs

In depth knowledge in creating new jobs in Control-M

Knowledge on scheduling jobs in OS jobs

Defining, monitoring and scheduling jobs based on client requirements

Troubleshoot the job issues

Experience in creation of connection profiles

Knowledge in setting up variables

Knowledge about QR's and CR'S

Knowledge in creation of workload policies

Provide on call support on weekends

Reporting and Documentation (Custom reports)
