Manufacturing Operations Leader

We are presently hiring for " Plant Operation - Senior Manager " role one of the leading chemical industry in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh location.

• Educational degree is of less importance but it is preferable that he is a mechanical engineer (diploma / degree);

experience working in preferably foundry / iron / steel / sponge iron etc.

JD :

1) Overseeing operations of a manufacturing plant. His focus should be on increasing production and asset capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs.

3) Responsible for maintaining current quality standards. He will assist the Plant Head / Management in implementation of every QA and QC initiative at the Plant level.

4) Overseeing fulfillment of all statutory requirements and auditing on a weekly basis all records maintained by plant.

4) He will be responsible for general administration of Plant. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and HO

5) Responsible for relevant commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new process developments.

Prior experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory.

We will definitely look at someone who is very conversant with hindi (speaking & understanding).
