Role Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about delivering high ROAS through strategic planning and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) :
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and other marketplaces
- Optimize ACoS / TACoS, manage keyword strategies, and enhance product visibility
- Coordinate with catalog and eCommerce teams to improve listings, product pages, and deals
- Regularly monitor ad spend, conversions, and marketplace-specific insights to drive growth
- Generate and present weekly / monthly campaign reports with actionable recommendations
