About the Role
This exciting opportunity combines marketing operations, campaign management, and AI-powered process automation. You'll be responsible for owning workflows, planning campaigns, coordinating content and design, and tracking performance – all hands-on with real impact on how we engage athletes and sports communities.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate content and campaign calendars across social, email, and web channels.
- Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to keep campaigns on track.
- Support day-to-day channel management for social media, blog, and newsletter.
- Oversee marketing operations – scheduling, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Apply your understanding of design principles to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Explore AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements / Skills :
A strong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building.Some experience or currently pursuing a course in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Strava) and basic analytics tools.An understanding of design principles – layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns, assigning tasks, and coordinating across teams.Comfortable maintaining folders, documentation, and workflows for marketing projects using Excel, Notion, or similar tools.Bonus : Passion for sports, fitness, or endurance communities.Internship Details :
Duration : 12 weeks.Location : Remote.Commitment : 35 hours per week (flexible, student-friendly).Stipend : ₹3,000 / month.
