Ensure backup, recovery, and data security.

Collaborate with developers and establish best practices.

Mentor junior team members and support performance evaluations.

Stay updated with new database technologies.

Required Skills

7+ years as a Database Developer.

Strong skills in PL / SQL, data modeling, and database optimization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Engineering (or related field).
