Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer - Maintenance with specialized expertise in Injection Molding machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of all molding equipment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic circuits, PLC programming, and strict adherence to various audit documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Molding Machine Maintenance : Perform all aspects of Moulding & Injection Moulding Maintenance , including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on injection molding machines.
Technical Expertise : Apply strong knowledge of Electrical Circuits and Hydraulic Circuits to diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues.
Automation & Control : Utilize expertise in PLC Programming for troubleshooting, modifying, and optimizing machine controls.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all maintenance activities and documentation comply with audit requirements such as VSA, ISO , and IATF .

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Sr. Engineer with a focus on Injection Molding machine maintenance .

In-depth knowledge of Electrical Circuitry and Hydraulic Circuitry .

Proficiency in PLC Programming .

Familiarity with audit documentation standards ( VSA, ISO, IATF ).

Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for complex machinery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated maintenance team.

Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and adherence to standards.
