Client Relations Manager (Real Estate)

Role Description

This is a full-time / part time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Gurugram with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting property options, and building relationships with clients, thus generating business for the comapny.

Day-to-day responsibilities include networking, generating leads, leading property visits, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The candidate will also collaborate with the internal team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and stay up-to-date on market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and developing customer-specific property proposals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze property trends, and generate leads
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic software for sales and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate sector or knowledge of Gurgaon / NCR property markets is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits
