This is a Work from Home (WFH) position.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter who enjoys meaningful conversations and can confidently connect with women seeking help. Your job is to respond fast, qualify leads, build trust, and book appointments for our senior consultants / sales team.

You are not expected to “close” sales, you are expected to fill the calendar with qualified, show-up-ready appointments.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via phone / video / WhatsApp to understand their concerns and goals.
• Qualify prospects using a simple framework (fit, intent, readiness, affordability).
• Book consultation appointments for the senior consultant / team and ensure the prospect shows up prepared.
• Handle high daily outreach volume (calls + follow-ups), keeping response time fast.
• Confirm appointments, send reminders, and reduce no-shows through structured follow-up.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM updates (lead stage, notes, follow-up dates, outcomes).
