We’re now looking for an energetic and result-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our student success and admissions team.
Role Overview :
The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through their learning journey - from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
You will play a key role in counselling, conversions, relationship management , and representing our courses with clarity and confidence .
Key Responsibilities :
Student Counselling & Conversions
- Handle inquiries (via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins) from students and parents.
- Understand students’ career goals and suggest suitable courses accordingly.
- Explain course details, modules, duration, benefits, and placement opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students to ensure timely enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
Lead Management
Manage CRM and maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.Update student data and pipeline status regularly.Convert leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and referral sources.Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with students and parents.Guide students through the admission process, financing options, and documentation.Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every enrolled student.Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns & events.Attend offline and online counselling sessions when required.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and admissions.Required Skills :
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)Strong convincing ability and empathetic listeningConfidence in phone / video counsellingGood knowledge of education & skill development trendsBasic computer & CRM skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and positive attitudePreferred Profile :
