Software Delivery Lead

Technical Project Manager (Software Development) will lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the software development and production environment. This senior role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

The role involves close collaboration with clients, development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple software development projects in the production environment .
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and task allocations for development teams.
• Track and monitor project progress, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and status updates for management and clients.
• Manage change requests and scope variations efficiently through a structured change control process.
