Role Overview

We are seeking a Java Developer with 2–5 years of experience in backend development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java (Spring / Spring Boot).

Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.

Refactor and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently.

Document code, system architecture, and development processes clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.

Strong command of Java , object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with Spring Framework , Spring Boot , or related frameworks.

Proficient in working with SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with Git , GitHub / GitLab, and collaborative version control workflows.

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , Docker , and deployment tools.

Understanding of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit , Mockito , etc.
