Role Description

• Client management : Manage a portfolio of clients, providing technical support and guidance to team members working under your team.
• Performance oversight : Set and monitor productivity and budget goals, ensuring accurate billing.
• Task management : Plan and delegate tasks effectively, offering technical support as needed.
• Quality assurance : Review work completed by team members to ensure it is error-free, professionally presented, and compliant with procedures.
• Tax return preparation : Prepare and review complex tax returns for various entities with minimal supervision.
• Compliance work : Perform and review compliance tasks.
• Management reports : Conduct in-depth analysis of management reports.
• Clients : Australia based
