Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented AI Artist & Influencer Creator to bring Babella’s characters to life — visually and emotionally.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic AI personas and daily social content that resonates with millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, generate, and animate AI personas across different Indian languages, styles, and moods.
  • Create engaging photo and video content for Babella’s social media and in-app ecosystem.
  • Experiment with expressions, poses, outfits, and storytelling formats to match each persona’s personality.
  • Collaborate with the social media team and content director to plan campaigns, aesthetics, and storytelling arcs.
  • Maintain consistency and realism across all Babella characters and assets.
  • Research and adapt to Indian cultural and visual nuances , ensuring authenticity and emotional resonance.
  • Stay on top of AI art, generative media, and virtual influencer trends to continuously evolve Babella’s visual universe.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven expertise with AI art and video generation tools such as :
  • Midjourney
  • Stable Diffusion
  • Runway ML
  • Higgsfield AI
  • Pika Labs
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, and mood design.
  • Experience creating consistent AI characters or virtual influencers.
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics, realism, and emotional expression.
  • Understanding of Indian cultural diversity — from attire and language to emotion and gesture.
  • Ability to work independently , iterate fast, and deliver creative outputs aligned with brand goals.

    • (We would ask you to create a character and generate a few images to test out your skill and check character consistency.)
