Job description

We're hiring for multiple International Customer Service roles across leading global processes. If you're looking to grow your career in a professional BPO setup, this is your chance!

Locations : Malad & Thane (Work from Office)

1. US Banking Process – Customer Service

Salary : Up to 35,000 in-hand (based on experience)
Shift : US (5 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 AM, any 9 hours)
Experience : Minimum 1 year in International BPO (Banking preferred)

2. Australian Telecom Process – Customer Service

Salary : Up to 27,000 in-hand + incentives

Shift : Australia (3 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM, any 9 hours)

Experience : Minimum 6 months in International BPO (No freshers)

3. International BPO – General Customer Service

Salary : 16,000 – 40,000 in-hand (based on skills & process)

Shifts : US / UK / AUS (rotational)

Qualification : HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced welcome)

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills

Willingness to work in night / rotational shifts

All education & employment documents mandatory
