Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in

Bengaluru, Karnataka

for an Optometrist at SpecsBunker. The Optometrist will perform eye examinations, diagnose and manage vision problems, and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive eye tests using advanced diagnostic tools, educating clients about eye health, fitting and dispensing eyewear, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in performing eye examinations and using diagnostic tools

Thorough knowledge of eye health, vision disorders, and treatment options

Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and guide patients

Attention to detail for fitting and dispensing eyewear

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide exceptional customer service

Commitment to staying updated with the latest eyewear trends and technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field

Relevant certification and licensure as an Optometrist
