Job Description : Senior US IT Recruiter

Location : Remote

Experience Range : 2 to 5 years

Notice Period : Immediate - 1 Month Contract

Responsibilities :

Identify, screen, and place IT professionals on various client projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

Keep track of consultants' projects and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement goals and targets.

Requirements :

4 to 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of the US IT job market and trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using recruiting and sales tools and platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in working with H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens.

Knowledge of various IT technologies and terminology.
